Ericka Strodtman has a special talent. After many years of massage, I have been most impressed with her caring approach, thorough exploration of long-standing ailments and a particular ability to work out issues involving the neck. After suffering from adhesive encapsulitis and ensuing frozen shoulder, Ericka made a big difference for me by using techniques on both my shoulders and neck I had never experienced before. I highly recommend her for a multitude of painful problems.

I was the lead massage therapist at Tranquility Spa and Salon in Greeley where I learned all about body wraps and spa treatments and the importance of hydro therapy. Although I love spa treatments, and have tons of fun with them, nothing beats the feeling of helping someone feel better who has been suffering with chronic pain.
I have taken a special interest in helping people understand how their bodies react to their environment. This means so much to me that I have performed ergonomic studies for people’s offices and helped them rearrange their desk to fit their posture. It’s important to me that people are moving towards their goals and continue improving.
I am always looking to bring new techniques to the table. I have taken classes, seminars and conferences across the US. Some of these classes include Advanced Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, CranioSacral, TMJ relief, Raindrop Technique and a Herbalism conference.
I am a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. I have established massage and bodywork study groups for other therapists. Together we choose a subject, meet up and share our experiences. It's helpful when someone is stuck on a specific problem with a client, to brainstorm with a group of fellow massage therapists. We all can learn from each other.

Ericka gave me the best massage I have ever had, and I go every six weeks! She knew exactly how to treat my painful neck, shoulders and back. I would recommend Ericka to anyone and come back in a heartbeat!
Hi, my name is Ericka Strodtman. I have lived in the beautiful town of Steamboat Springs, Colorado since 2007. I feel so blessed to be able to start my own practice here in the tranquil Yampa Valley.
I started showing an interest in massage at a young age. I would help my pregnant mother with the pain in her back and feet. I knew by the time I was 8 years old that I was going to help people through massage.
I graduated from the Academy Of Natural Therapy in 2006. I was credited with the most hands on experience in my class. One of my best experiences during school was working with Bradley Laber (Instructor Coordinator & neuromuscular teacher). I received one-on-one training outside the class room with Bradley on his chronic neck pain. I learned many techniques to restore range of motion and diminishing re-occurring headaches caused from passed trauma.
